Ingredients :
Desi Ghee
Wheat flour
Badam (Almonds)
Cardomom
Kesar (Saffron)
Fresh cream
Water
Sugar
Instructions:
In a pan heat up 4 tablespoons of ghee and add 7 tablespoons of wheat flour .. roast the mixture until it is light brown
Add water to it and keep it on medium flame for 3-4 minutes. Add 3 tablespoons of sugar then add few strings of saffron , cardamom , almonds and 1 tablespoons of fresh cream
