Ved A2 Cow Ghee is prepared from Grass-fed Gir Cow Milk. A diet based on grass results in A2 Milk that’s higher in an essential fatty acid called alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), an omega-3 fat that reduces inflammation in the body and has been tied to a lower risk of heart disease, stroke and type 2 diabetes. Indian (Desi) cows is the only species of cow on the planet that has a Hump along its backbone.  


This Hump has a unique vein called “SURYA KETU NADI”. Surya Ketu  Nadi, on interaction with solar ray’s, produces gold salts in her blood which is present in A2 Milk as well as in A2 Ghee.


Fresh, raw A2 Milk is boiled and converted into curd. Curd is then hand churned with a wooden churner, and the makkhan obtained in the process is then separated, the separated makkhan is then boiled to evaporate water from ghee, it is BILONA METHOD, this method increases medical properties. This process takes around 30kg of A2 Milk to make 1kg of A2 Ghee.



About the founder: Our product Ved A2 Cow Ghee was a thought conceived by our founding member, Mrs. Sukhwinder  Kaur  Parmar many years ago. It was nurtured and reared for a few years.
