Milligans Food Group, a family-owned and operated business, is one of New Zealand’s leading suppliers and manufacturers of consumer food ingredients and products.
Based in Oamaruon the East Coast of the South Island, Milligans has a long and rich history, originally established in 1896 as a flour mill in Ngapara.
For more than a century, Milligans Eclipse Flour dominated the New Zealand market. Today, under the ownership of the Paton family for over 30 years, Milligans has expanded and diversified into dairy, cheese, and nutrition products while maintaining a commitment to quality and tradition.
