Ghee Delight was founded by an Indian-born entrepreneur who grew up in a household where ghee was a homemade staple. Inspired by their mother’s dedication to traditional ghee-making, they developed a deep appreciation for the process and the role of ghee in enhancing both flavor and health. 

After moving to Canada, they noticed that store-bought ghee lacked the authentic taste and quality they remembered. This led them to recreate the traditional process from scratch, using local ingredients to craft ghee that captures the essence of their heritage.

Ghee Delight produces handcrafted ghee using a time-honored method that begins with fermenting local heavy cream into yogurt, churning it into cultured butter, and slow-cooking it until lactose, casein, and moisture are completely removed. This results in a rich, golden ghee that is nutrient-dense and packed with flavor.
