Jen, the founder of Sol Organics, created the brand in Byron Bay, Australia, after facing significant health challenges, including Crohn’s Disease and multiple miscarriages. In her search for natural healing methods, she discovered Ayurveda, which transformed her approach to wellness. This journey led her to study at the Ayurvedic Institute in New Zealand, where she learned the art of cooking traditional healing foods, including ghee.
